First Street West is a mixed use development consisting of a single level of commercial retail, and five storeys of market residential homes. Located just off the commercial core of Lower Lonsdale, this development bridges the historic and contemporary urban fabric of the surrounding neighbourhood.

The historic BC Telephone Building forms an anchor at the northwest corner of the site. Residential floors have been designed to provide strong separation from the commercial mid-rise to the south, to maximize views, and to allow for a south-facing landscaped area.
