New Water Pavilion

This pavilion was designed for use during the sales phase of the River District development, which is located on the Fraser River and off Pier Point in South Vancouver. This new landmark community, is sure to grow into one of Vancouver's most desirable places to live.
The architecture of the sales centre foretells the architectural language of the new community, and honors the spirit of the industry once located on this waterfront site. A folded metal shroud creates a bold entrance to the pavillion, while heavy timber framing conveys the historic architectural language of the of Fraser River Waterfront.
