The Gordon Avenue Professional Centre is a 22,000 square foot, non-combustible, medical dental building developed by a group of physicians as a technologically-advanced home for their diagnostic imaging centre. The project includes an 8,000 square foot diagnostic centre, nine strata office units, and an innovative MRI facility. Building elevations blend an aluminum storefront with composite aluminum and corrugated metal panels, and exposed architectural concrete and painted steel canopies provide an organized, polished facade.
