Hawthorne is our first collaboration with Pennyfarthing Homes and we couldn’t be more proud of the results. This impressive project represents the legacy edition of their Cambie Collection. Breaking new ground on the Cambie corridor, this elite modern development preserves the mid-century Wong Residence as well as the only volcanic rock outcropping on Cambie Street. Rising seven storeys above Queen Elizabeth Park, Hawthorne’s bold elements and striking façade set a benchmark for design.
